Working on behalf of Local Authorities and other public bodies RSMS deploy enforcement officers to streets, parks and open spaces to help local authorities enforce against a range of social crimes. By providing proportionate, high quality enforcement services RSMS are helping to make communities across the UK safer, more pleasant places to live.

What our Enforcement Services do

• Issue fixed penalty notices (FPNs)

Our enforcement services can be deployed in order to issue fixed penalty notices (FPNs) to deter criminal activity and Anti-Social Behaviour.

• Create Awareness and Improve Public Safety

RSMS officers reassure communities are aware that their is a patrolling presence in their neighbourhood to help deter Anti-Social Behavour social crimes.

• Develop community spirit

By being approachable, responsive and by communicating positive news and dealing with problems quickly and professionally; RSMS enforcement officers can help create a positive and thriving environment in local communities.

• Act as the eyes and ears of the Local Authority 

Spotting, investigating and reporting incidents, including acting as professional witnesses as required helping the local authority deal with local crimes that may otherwise go unreported.

• Defuse problems of public order or safety 

RSMS officers can respond promptly to prevent or within communities, calling upon appropriate assistance when necessary.

At the heart of our service, is a transfer from the customer to RSMS, of the responsibility for ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest of standards. All of our teams are comprised of highly experienced enforcement officers. Our staff receive continuous professional development from our in-house training team. Our processes, practices and work outputs are subject to continual audit.
